I’ve seen this movie twice.

I know.

The last time I saw a movie twice in the theater was Back to the Future II.

I turn into a child in the theater when this is on. It’s amazing.

And this guy right here is almost the entire reason. I fucking love the Hulk.

This Hulk above all Hulks is just so much fun to watch. And I knew it would take me twice to really understand what they did with the character this time around. And I was right. Round two was even better. The facial expressions and mannerisms of both Banner and Hulk are so much more meaningful after you’ve seen the movie once. 

I think he brings most of the drama to this movie as well as most of the fun. You feel so much for Banner, yet it is so entertaining watching Hulk just have his way with the world.

For a character who in the earliest ads and trailers seemed to be an afterthought, I think he made the movie.

And now my kids are in the tub talking about how much they love the Hulk after seeing this with me today. And it’s so lame and so crazy, but I can’t love it enough.
